Been a while (Again)

OKaaaaaaay, once again I managed to forget about the blog (/slap).
So, what's new?
Well, Exams are almost over, only 1 week left of them until I can finally start raiding with Ravens again, whilst I've been gone immense progress has been made in Karazhan, with Curator, Operan event and most recently Aran going down (as i'm typing this they're doing attempts on Prince). All without me (:*( )
Damage Power!!
A while back I managed to craft myself Drakefist hammer, All I can say is that it rocks, Art once said "you know dude, you do too much damage" shortly after having a small go on my shaman, even though he seems to be better at PvP with my own shaman than me, which leads to my great annoyance sometimes. Although shamans are extremely gimped in 1v1 PvP situations I love the group Arena, Me, Ljung, and Holyvirgin (A.K.A Crapslock) have a pretty nice 3v3 team going on (somewhere around the 1640 rating now), I've found that, although they have a bloody huge owl firing lasers at them from the sky, they always seem to target me first, Crapslock's amazing healing literally saves my ass countless times. I'm going to start hoarding my honour points so I can buy the new Main hand weapon when it comes out with Season 2 (will have almost 1k points this wednesday), I figure that by the time the next patch with season 2 does indeed come I should hopefully have enough (hopefully the new patch won't be the reason for the "extended maintenance)
YAY- Epic Flying Mount!
Well, I finally did it, I got the epic flying mount- and I love it!! in comparison to the regular one it's just like flying a friggin' jet plane. I love the speed, and love the way I can get everywhere relatively quickly.
Netherdrake Power!!
Ok, after getting the epic flying mount I immediately started the Netherdrake reputation quests, I was already neutral because I did the quest-line prior to patch 2.1, so I could immediately start the reputation quests.
Current reputation: 2100/3000
I have to say, it's damn boring at the start, there are only 3 real daily quests that you can do, and they only net 250 rep each, luckily I found an egg for the only true repeatable quest, so that netted me an extra 350 rep. I've been questing for roughly 3 days now, only being able to do 3 quests a day sucks, even though it is easy to do them all in a couple of hours, so the rep grind is definately aimed at casuals. I still have a long way to go, but after my exams are over, I can focus on doing the quests every day, reducing the time taken. I don't know which colour to take- everyone who has a Netherdrake seems to have the Onyx coloured one, I would like to be a bit different, but if the other colours look really bad then I will have to go with the crowd- I have yet to see the other colours, so if anyone knows a place where they are all displayed then it would be much appreciated if you could tell me
Nether Ray!!
Well, with the latest patch came the Sha'tari Skyguard and their reward for Exalted: some trinkets for melee and casters and the Nether Ray mount! Of course I want the Netherdrake first, but, I will also be doing the daily quests for the Skyguard after I've done the Netherwing daily quests, hopefully by the end of the summer holidays I should have both of the mounts.
I want a Netherdrake and a Nether ray mount- NOW!!, a lot to do during the summer.
Ravens
Ravens have been up to their usual tricks as always, we have a nice mix of stoners, emo's, psychopaths and just plain normal people, don't have any screenshots of any funky conversations happening in the guild, but believe me, it's still as odd as always.
My shaman
My shaman was the first character that I ever truly levelled up, and, 2 years on, I still love it- I know that I've matured (both mentally and Physically), but so has the shaman class- there have been a lot of nerfs pointed in our direction, but I still love it. I love Dual Wield and being an enhancement shaman. to quote a shaman's comment I read on the forums "Enhancement shamans are for the Kamikazee berserker shamans who just want to go RRRRRAWWWWRRRRR". I love it, and I love how I can go to raids and do pretty adequate Damage although aggro is still an issue.
I might try to level up my hunter a bit during the holiday, I like the hunter class, but I love the shaman class so much more.
I'll keep this updated as much as I can, especially after my exams.

The nether ray takes 3 days of intesive mob grinding so it is easy to get if you got the time
